Being an artist is a vulnerable craft, and as a visitor/purchaser from my website, it is important to earn and keep your trust. 

Personal Information is collected only when you voluntarily submit it by signing up for email updates, making a purchase, or by meeting at a show or event and asking to stay connected. 

We would love to say "We will never release your information to anyone ever" - but we can't. We must reserve the right to share limited Personal Information with entities who use it solely to provide support for the internal operations of the website, including but not limited to technology service contractors, third-party payment processors, customer relationship management systems, product fulfillment, e-commerce and technical support. We may disclose Personal Information in the good faith belief that we are required to do so by law, including but not limited to disclosure to law enforcement or other government officials in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringements, or other activity that is illegal or may expose you or us to legal liability.

Just know - we will keep your information as safe as we would want ours kept by others.
